Strong & Chic is a month long, strength training and wellness program created for women of all ages and fitness levels. Our goal with the Strong & Chic program is to be a catalyst and support system, helping women meet their specific health and wellness goals. This program is simple, but not easy. Option 1: Group Class
-A thirty minute consultation with a coach to discuss goals, concerns, and injuries
- One group workout per week.
-Three additional workouts to complete on your own per week
-Pre-program and post-program benchmark workout

-“Mini Make-Over” which includes a haircut and make-up application.

Option 2: Individual Training
-A thirty minute consultation with a coach to discuss goals, concerns, and injuries
- One or two personal training sessions per week. Sessions to be scheduled directly with a coach
-Three additional workouts to complete on your own per week
-Pre-program and post-program benchmark workout

-Shopping list for Meal Plan
-“Mini Make-Over” which includes a haircut and make-up application

Option 3: Online Program
-A thirty minute Skype or phone consultation with a coach to discuss goals, concerns, and injuries
-Four workouts workouts to complete on your own per week

-We will work with you to find a local hairdresser and make-up artist for your “mini makeover”
